Finding the Mass of the Galaxy

Sun’s orbit is determined by the mass inside that orbit
- Just like orbit of planet about a star is determined by the mass of the star
- More mass inside Sun’s orbit means the Sun must move faster in order to stay in orbit about the Galaxy center
