I am subscribed to seti and predictor. they are 95% and 5%. I have done 3 days of wu's on seti now but nothing on p@h. Will this finish all of the seti before p@h, or will it work on p@h 5% of the time?

Just wait. BOINC will eventually download some P&H WU. I'm doing the same thing as you (90%-10%) and this BOINC feature works fine.
