Starting when there is no work available

When attaching to a project BOINC treats the no work available result as an error, and removes the newly attached project. This makes it difficult to set up a new machine when the server has no work, which seems to be a fairly common occurence currently. |

That could be because it cannot register the computer on the server, not get a host ID etc. So it detaches itself until the client can communicate with the server. ---------------------- Jordâ„¢ |

The only problem was that the server had no work. That should not prevent the attachment process. It should still update all of the various parameters and complete the attachment. Then the system can go into the periodic request for work mode. |

Yeah I have the same problem. It's quite annoying, because now we have to keep trying to add the project until there is work available. |
