This has the perfect mix of sweet and salty, like if a mimosa and a bloody Mary got married.

1 oz. Jägermeister
1 oz. Rye Whiskey
4 oz. Ketchup
1/3 oz. Fresh Lime juice
2/3 oz. Apricot juice
1 Barspoon Mustard
Salt + pepper
Shake ingredients in a shaker with ice. Top with beer and double strain into a frozen cocktail glass.

We're now down to a blustery 9C (feels like 3C) here (-2C is expected in the morning) and as much as I want to keep my eyes open I'm going to have to put my head down and test out a new pillow.
