No surprise... I'm called onsite, onna Sunday, for a remedial fix... We need an equipment panel back in place ready for Monday morning and... Hopefully I won't find any surprises that we don't have spares for... But then again... Diving into what the Incompetents might have done and all they haven't done... I'm still dumbfounded. Were they totally greedy mischievous liars?... And they hoped to do a runner with a "job done" payment? Or are they truly so clueless and inept and all the rest is a game of an oversized ego and bluff and bluster, with the lies a byproduct of them being embarrassingly clueless and very well practiced at squirming their way along any job?... And all without concern for any consequences to the rest of the world... They're certainly wasting a lot of time for others to clean up after them... More akin to Boris Johnson and Matt Hancock-up? Posting on a Monday morning before there's any glow off to the east. I guess that I'll have a coffee before I straightening the brewroom up after last night's big cook up. Cheers. |

Winning on a Tuesday morning as the heat is on in my brewroom. We got off to a 13C (felt like 12C) here with 29C being our target again, but I did get the temp in here down to 16C overnight in preparation for this morning's task. Anyhow it's time to get my 2nd coffee in before I go playing around in boiling water. Cheers. |

Winning on a very warm Thorsday morning where it's 18C (feels like 17C) with 28C being expected along with the big fellow playing some tunes later on. Anyhow now that the charcoal filter is activating itself it time for a coffee. Cheers. |

Bit after 3 in the afternoon. Feels cool outside. Been up for the last 12 hours and a low battery warning is flashing saying it nappy time. Had a late lunch of vegetable soup with a little rice tossed in (3/4 cup uncooked). The rice cooker works wonders for more than just rice. |

As I enjoy a 2nd coffee, while I wait for what's going on downstairs requires my attention, I'm just watching the activity going on down on the oval this morning as they setup up for another noisy day of choppers landing and taking off again all within 100-200yds of my window, but I hope that that wind soon turns more westward as I didn't enjoy the smell of burning av-gas coming straight in that window when the 1st chopper landed to setup its stuff before taking off again. Anyhow I better finish this coffee and then check on progress downstairs. Cheers. |

Earlier today I managed to confuse my "smart" watch. I inadvertently got it into "track my run" mode, just before setting off in my car. I'm not the fittest of men and so running 24 miles in little over an hour is somewhat unlikely. Winning on a damp P.O.E.T.S. Day morning down under in the highlands. We got off to a quite warm 17C (felt like 18C) start while 29C is expected, along with more showers and thunderstorms. Anyhow it's time for a coffee before I make a quick trip into town. Cheers. |
