I'm just preparing myself for another quick Sunday morning tip run and if there was some sunshine happening I'd be outside fixing my potato stacks frost protection up as the rain was a bit much for it so a bit of strengthening there is required, so I'll do that after the tip run now.

We kicked today off at 8C (felt like 6C) and we're now at 9C (feels like 6C) with just 15C being expected.

So with 90mins still to kill I might as well have another coffee.

Well that's my tip run done and it's time for another coffee break before heading back outside to strengthen that frame up while the temp has moved up to 11C (feels like 7C), but at least the cloud cover is starting to break up.

We made it to 18C (felt like 15C) here today, but it's cooling off now with 3C being expected (that was a last minute change from 2C) though my veggies are covered in case this breeze drops and we do get a frost.

Just a coincidence just now. Last night Swengoolie had a Godzilla movie Destroy All Monsters. Now on the Comet tv channel. They are having a Godzilla marathon and Destroy All Monsters is on.

Other than taking bedding off the line all my Monday chores have been done and a relaxing LLB was had at the pub.

Now I'm waiting for some fish cocktails and chips to cook that are all locally sourced by me. ;-)

3: A dystopian Sci-Fi-esq grey goopy foul smelling cloud of sweaty fag-ash laden pipe puffing pungent smoke rolled out the door if anyone dared enter, or whenever whatever green gilled victim stumbled out to escape;

4: The good group of teachers instead commandeered the chemistry prep room for their clean breaks!
