I'm just waiting now for all this unexpected sunshine to dry off the concrete out front of the shed so that I can get back into my projects seeing as Sydney is steeling all that rain.

We only wound up with 13.25mm instead of the >50mm that they were talking about and today's and tomorrow's rain has been cancelled.

Cheers.

Starting my day sore as can be. I spent all day weeding... my boat docks. I removed over 3 tons of weeds and got well sunburned in the process.

Winning on an overcast Monday morning.

If all goes well today the 2nd kindling splitter will be completed today ready for the paint that we'll get for them on tomorrow's road trip.

Time now for a coffee. ;-)

Cheers.

It's was a misty start here today at sunrise (after a little bit of overnight drizzle), but that's now clearing to reveal the clouds above so that cancels any solar heating happening today downstairs so I fired up Robbie the Robot after feeding him a good fibre loaded breakfast.

We started off at 2C (felt like -1C) here this morning and have only progressed to 4C (feels like 1C) with 11C being expected, but I have a feeling that we may not get that far.

Anyhow time for a coffee before I go and see how Robbie is going with his breakfast.

Cheers.

I'm just having a beer break now after 90mins on the grinder, but v1.1 kindling splitter is now ready to have its blades welded into place, though at 8C (feels like 4C) it's not all that nice outside doing that (even if I am out of that breeze).

After my beer break I'll get back to grinding the welds on v1.0.

Cheers.

Well that's it for me outside, whatever grinding is left to do can wait, as I'm getting too cool.

Cheers.

Well the sun is being protected by a lot of cloud today so it should be safe and rain is expected by noon.

Anyhow it's a good day for another road trip.

Cheers.
