Dripping drenched and soggy. Including me! Was even stopped blinded for a while by high-speed stinging horizontal blobs of water. Various parts are already awash. Cool morning in NorCal. About 43f with a few clouds. It is windy. The wind chill makes it feel like 36f and there are freeze warnings. Sunrise is still about an hour and a half away. Tacos anyone?
