Wow, I just heard the RAMS are back in LA. When did that happen?

Oh, and it's unlikely that the investors will lose anything. Builder, subs, developer, and the owner will all have insurance.

Someone didn't like the plans and wanted different plans. Quickest way to get there, use the insurance company money.

I have the energy, but the old spine isn't working very well this morning after all the stuff that I moved yesterday so it's safer for me to wait until communications between the top half of the body and the bottom half get back to normal.

Well I've got visitors in my backyard again this morning. About 30 galahs are chomping away on the kikuyu seeds in the lawn.

Well the clouds and the easterly wind have returned as some weather is building up along the eastern escarpment, but we have made it to 20C (feels like 17C) with 23C being expected (though we havn't reached an expected max in over a week now).

We should get another taste of summer later in the week followed by a wet weekend, but other than that this could be 1 of the coolest February's here on record as so far we're over 2C below on our average temps.
