I did receive this via UPS today, it's a Nema 14-50 plug which can handle 125v/250v @ 50 amps max, I have another one like this coming that is in Black(I wanted Orange, but I pinched a few pennies and bought Black instead) and an 8' long cable made with Copper Wire, 10/4, 10 AWG Gauge 4 Conductor Wires in Nema colors(Black, Red, White, Green), why? To connect the passive car charging line to the Nema 14-30 clothes dryer outlet with a 14-50 to 14-30 adapter at first, later there will be a Dryer to Ev switcher that has 14-30 for the dryer and 14-50 for the Ev. The cable was the only size available. Oh and I got my $515.10 refunded back that by mistake went on the car being transported, the car transporter did get paid their $500.00, instead of $1,015.10.

The passive line is two 14-50 outlets and 75' of 10/4 romex, plus a Gray weatherproof box, I could buy a Green box which would save $10, but that would be the only reason, oh and it rained here 0.05" last night and it's now 65F outside w/a 46% chance of more rain.
I'm thinking of wiring the circuit myself with some help from a friend, I know how to wire it, I just don't have the endurance that I used to, it's that or hire an electrician, It's two hots(Black & Red), a neutral(White), and ground(Green or bare). I don't intend to run both a 232v clothes dryer and to recharge my car at the same time, so only a 30 amp breaker is needed, the Samsung dryer is supposed to use 22.5 amps and the car 16 amps since it has a stock 3.3Kw inverter under the hood/bonnet, technically a 27 amp breaker would work, but I've never seen one that is Eaton/Westinghouse compatible in that size and I have a 30 amp breaker already. I'd have to shut off the 100 amp breaker in the stub to safely do the work cause the busbar would be exposed. I do have a CH/W BR225 and a CH/W BR230, but that is as close as it gets, the 225 is for a water heater, yep I have no hot water, yet. But I'm working on that.

Bankruptcy Watch: Struggling retailer’s CEO blames lazy workers

A good CEO walks a fine line. They want to make it clear that employees need to work hard, but they also need to create an environment that rewards working smart, not simply toiling away on projects that don't change the bottom line.

Wayfair CEO Niraj Shah badly misstepped in a recent email to employees that celebrated the company's return to profitability (despite it losing money during the quarter) while also essentially telling workers they should all work late.

"Working long hours, being responsive, blending work and life, is not anything to shy away from. There is not a lot of history of laziness being rewarded with success,” he wrote in the now-famous email.

Nobody argues that workers shouldn't do their jobs well and that doing that, at least when you reach a certain level in a company, sometimes requires working outside of normal hours

... Wayfair's problems, however, are not rooted in its employees not working hard enough.

"In the nine months of the fiscal year to-date, Wayfair has made a net loss of over half a billion dollars. Its business model remains fundamentally broken. Before preaching to employees about hard work, I suggest Wayfair management get their own house in order," GlobalData Retail Managing Director Neil Saunders wrote on RetailWire.

Ouch. Look in a mirror he says.
