Which means that she's just another denier of a problem that is killing many and like Trump and Murdoch is nothing but a fake news pusher with a bad agenda while feeding off the gullible.

Rebekah Jones, who helped develop Florida’s Covid-19 dashboard, has been in a months long public battle with the state since she alleged officials ousted her from her position for her refusal to “manually change data to drum up support for the plan to reopen.” She announced on social media Saturday that she planned on surrendering to authorities.

Now there's a republican state that was trying to hide the real numbers to suit themselves.

Kitty, they are revealing how bad it is. Try this: You can't handle the truth. The press can't handle the truth. The people can't handle the truth. The politicians are horrified of the truth. Some of us have to live the truth.

Where I work before Covid we had a cooler that held around 20 and it was sufficient for many years. Management saw the world changing and added another cooler with capacity for 100 about a year ago. That filled up over the course of several months. Two weeks ago we did an emergency addition of another 150 space cooler. Once it was turned on it took less than a week to be full. If we had room for 1000 more we could fill that in less than a week. No joke. Saint XYZ hospital called and asked us to come and pick up sixty (60) bodies. Had to tell them, sorry we can only take five today. Just one of several hospitals that call every day. Doctors are so busy they don't have time to sign death certificates, which backs up the system even more. The truth is if you die now, your relatives won't be able to find a funeral home to take your body. You are going to freeze solid in some refrigerated produce trailer in the hospital parking lot and sit there for months until the pandemic is over.

You can't handle the truth and even if you could the numbers are so large you couldn't comprehend them. Nor, can the people - in denial - who are screaming open it all up NOW! Some of us have to live the truth. It takes a toll on you, think PTSD.

I'm going to have to stop before this becomes a rant against a man who refused to listen to science and found a pandemic to be an issue to his narcissistic vanity and simply ignored it as an inconvenience as much as he could.

Please, wear you mask, keep your distance, wash your hands, be happy for takeout and don't trade your life and your friends and loved ones lives for a party around the TV and a sports event. That's not a good trade.
