Hey SETi ole friend, we have been together since the middle of 1999 and have been through many computer upgrades over the years, but never quit 'searching'. We have parted for now, but still in hopes of reconnecting in the near future. I will ask this to the many other volunteers out there that have been crunching SETI for 20 years or more. Has anyone thought of designing a 20 year badge to add to our BOINC signature. And what a proud badge it would be. There may be one that has already been designed and available and I have not found it. If not I wish we could have one last token of the last 20 years to show with pride.

I'd like to see a physical patch, like one might find on a flight jacket, and I'd surely pay for it. After all, are/were we not part of the official 'ground team' listening to the sky? I'd think that after 21 years, we'd warrant a little more recognition than an online certificate to print and a pat on the back. OK, maybe we dug a dry well after all these years of effort, but I was always hoping that one day, one of us would find that BOINC 'WOW!' signal we'd been looking for.
