I have a new pc with 2 RTX2070 supers no GPU recognized. I see the message is a couple of places. Also, I seem to have no local config file cc_config on my PC. I have re-installed the drivers and the boinc app many multiple times. I have both the very latest driver for the GPUs and the latest version of boinc. Not sure what to do next to resolve this. What's my next step? Scott |

You got the drivers from Nvidia and not from Microsoft? Also told Windows not to update drivers automatically? And you installed BOINC as a user install, not as a service? Otherwise just post the first 40 or so lines from the event log (CTRL+SHIFT+E). cc_config.xml isn't made until you either make one by hand, or add some debug flags via the Event Log options menu, or add some exclusive applications via its menu. |

OK, I had done all of what you had suggested ( manually downloaded and installed NVIDIA drivers ) no windows drivers used but in an earlier attempt, I had used the service install option -it was retaining that. Removed and reinstalled BOINC and removed that option... like magic, it sees my GPUs. Thank you so very much for the suggestions., Scott |
