Good morning win.

Is it a good morning there Mike? Another damp and dull one here. The rain is getting tedious now.

Ouch - how could it get more bleak....
The last time I was there it was a wet windy November evening about 5 years ago. It was so bleak even the sea had gone away.....

It's been over the sea wall this Winter. The new one that was going to keep the sea out for another 50 years or more.

Early win as woken by rolling thunder. So tired really...

Sea over the sea wall at Weston - ouch :-(

Must have been really spectacular to see if one could find a suitable protected view point.
I think a friend who lived in Dawlish is glad they moved away a couple of years back, every winter storm broke a few windows if they didn't put the shutters up, and every so often one of the shutters would get beaten up. And he wasn't in the first row of houses!

Glad I live extra far inland. Biggest problem I have to worry about is tornadoes.

I'm 150km from the coast and 1km above it (approximately).

Cheers.

Well I finally tried Korean BBQ.
Went to a 5 star restaurant. $60 a person and it was mostly uneatable. Only the main course was palatable. Oh and my son said he liked the rice. Guess there's a good reason I never tried Korean before. Sorry if there people out there who enjoy it. There must be but no match to my tastes.
