I'm helping a friend out with a problem. I'll have more info when I can touch the machine later today. They updated to the latest Catalina 2 days ago and now the pop up about connection comes up and they can't use the gui. I'll take a look at the logs when I can, but just curious if anyone else is having problems. I've had them do the basic turn off and on the machine stop and start boinc and wipe and reinstall boinc. |

And in standard fashion. I get in front of the computer and start Boinc/Seti and it is working fine. The uninstall and reinstall I had them do removed old logs, so I'll never know what the problem was, but it seems to be fine. Now to check for ghosts. |

It has been widely commented that as soon as you get within 1 1/2 miles of your car mechanic, the problem goes away..... Tom A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association). |
