I'm running an amd a10 7700. It ran with a gtx 1060 and the intergated graphics r7. Both cruncht seti just fine.
I changed the gtx 1060 to an rx 480 and now boinc wont recognise the r7 graphics. I have the monitor working on the r7 graphics
and windows device manager recognises it and says it's working fine. I set the r7 graphics to force in bios. What now, start over and reinstal boinc manager?

When BOINC finds two cards of unequal computing capability, BOINC will only use the most powerful card and ignore the others. The way to change that behavior is to add this statement into the cc_config.xml file in the BOINC directory.

<use_all_gpus>1</use_all_gpus>

Save the file so that it does not change the .xml file type and reboot BOINC. BOINC will now recognize both cards and compute on both as long as both cards have the OpenCL component of driver installed.

[Edit]Upon re-reading the post I assume now the GTX 1060 is no longer in the host and replaced with the RX480. The cause of not using the AMD card is that you did not load the required OpenCL driver components of the AMD drivers.
