Sixkid Send message Joined: 10 Jan 12 Posts: 17 Credit: 8,248,305 RAC: 21	Message 1982599 - Posted: 28 Feb 2019, 13:25:26 UTC Hi i'm back after a few years but i have trouble getting the screensaver to work. i have windows 10 pro Boinc 7.14.2 (x64) Nvidia 1080ti 3 monitors. when 3 monitors active the screensaver refuses to start when set to 1 monitor active , screensaver starts. This a bug or do i have to set something somewhere to get the screensaver to work with 3 monitors active ? ID: 1982599 ·
Jord Volunteer tester Send message Joined: 9 Jun 99 Posts: 15184 Credit: 4,362,181 RAC: 3	Message 1982608 - Posted: 28 Feb 2019, 14:42:14 UTC - in response to Message 1982599.   It's the incompatibility with OpenGL 1.0 that causes this and unless BOINC and all projects that have graphics/screen savers update their applications to use OpenGL 4.1 at minimum, this won't go away. I don't see the projects update OpenGL for this as that's quite a costly business. ID: 1982608 ·
