says project not running .reset laptop and reinstalled .still no result nothing showing on homepage ???

Where are you seeing "not running"?

By "resetting" you have created a duplicate computer on your account.

The "new" machine has downloaded 10 tasks and has processed and returned one about half an hour ago, so it is running.
