No links from me....
The first few lines are the version of BOINC on your computer and then the application and its version and a few more related things about libraries etc. Since you are seeing the graphics (as in your other thread), you don't need to worry about this as the correct application and version will be loaded automatically.

Then there is some information about the task itself.
The "angular range" is the angle through which the telescope moved during the observation.
It looks as if you had a transient error on this run, being transient you don't need to worry about this one.
The "flop counter" is a guess at how many Floating Point Operations done to do the calculations, this is used to calculated (guess at) the amount of credit to award.
Then there is a very brief summary of the signals (or more correctly potential signals) detected. There are various types of signal, spikes, gaussians, triplets, auto-correlations, pulses. Each of these has a different shape and way they are sorted out from the noise.
The last line of interest is that the task was completed at 17:22:14.....

There is a huge amount of information that sits behind this summary, and I'm not going to bore you with it all just now, the SETI FAQ describes some of them, and as I spent some years actually doing this sort of calculation by hand (days and days to do the equivalent of one task....)
