I have an old account that I am not able to access the email but I would like to merge it with my current account. How would I be able to do that? Thanks James |

I assume you are talking about a "Classic" account and a "BOINC" account - you don't need to actually access the email address used to create the classic account, just know the address and password you used to create the classic account. If you are talking about merging an old BOINC account and a new one, then there is no way to merge the two. I'm OK with not merging I guess, I started that account early to mid 2000's and thought I could merge the two accounts and keep that history. I however do not know or remember that password and no longer work at the company to access that email account. Is there any way I can get that old account password reset perhaps? James |

Not that I know of - passwords are buried deep within they system to prevent folks with no legitimate access getting them, and that effectively stops those with legitimate access as well. Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

Ah Ok, no problem. I appreciate the added security. I was hoping I could have recovered the account mostly for the historical time frame etc. Thanks James |
