Its Russia’s Northern-Eastern Federal University (NEFU) with Russian and South Korean scientists which is seeking investment for the cloning project.
Putin has not approved yet but seem positive.

The park Pleistocene Park is already there in Yakutsk.

It's meant that if NEFU get funding and if the cloning succeeds the clones will roam in that park.
