Hi All Today I updated my password to a new one, as I have done many times before, however this time after receiving the confirmation message that the password had been changed successfully, and logging out and back in again I was presented with a message saying 'incorrect email or password'. I went through the forgotten password link ran through the steps to change may password again all went fine, logged out again and back in just to have the same happen again 'incorrect email or password' I've now tried this a number of times getting the same message each time so the only way in to my account at present is to go through the forgotten password link? The email is correct, the password is generated by my password manager and is copied and pasted so there are no errors in the input??? Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. |

Thanks for forwarding this Ageless. Just need to make one correction in my post above. Had another go just now, and its still not playing ball, the full error message from the system is as follows "Password incorrect The password you entered is incorrect. Please go back and try again." So it's nothing to do with the email address, there are no error messages when changing the password only the confirmation message "Your password has been changed." I've tried different password lengths from 8 up to 25 to make sure I was not over or under any limits but none of them work when logging in. I've also tried 4 different browsers to rule out any glitches in them and its the same thing on all so its not browser specific. Cheers |

I'm also having this exact issue. All my clients have stopped working because I cannot get a password set. Thanks. |

Same problem: can't update forgotten password. I am using the forgot password link to access this Q/A board. |

The developer seems incommunicado for now, so an hour ago I warned the site-admin, he's looking into it. |

Just a +1: I have the same problem too - "Password incorrect" whenever I try and log in after a copy/paste of my new password. |

It seems to be fixed but I had to change my password one last time before it worked. Thanks! |
