Is this normal? Or is it a glitch? Should I let the task run or abort or reset or do something else? If it makes a difference: Task description: 13ja07ad.13204.105763.7.34.119.vlar_1 My rig is old and small by modern standards: Memory: 4GB NVIDIA 1050 TI Graphics Card: 4 GB Many thanks, |

You have 3 task that have errored out with "197 (0x000000C5) EXIT_TIME_LIMIT_EXCEEDED" The run times were: Run time 6 hours 24 min 41 sec CPU time 1 min 46 sec I have had a similar problem with 750ti's on two machines, it was after a Win 10 update, random tasks on the GPU will stop processing and the completion time will increase extremely quickly. Finally it will be aborted by Boinc as taking too long to run. I have tried various Nvidia drivers including the latest, but it still happens, maybe 1 in 20 work units. Restarting Boinc allows the WU to continue from where it stopped and complete normally. Have you tired restarting Boinc? |

Can you please tell me how to restart Boinc? I looked on the website for instructions and did not find any. Maybe I missed them. Thanks for taking the time to look into this problem. It's good to know that it probably derives from Nvidia updates. I will keep an eye out for problems following future updates |
