Again getting at that of "Cast..." as a possible tool when using Windows. Next that I am not using this tool and therefore could be in the way. Perhaps a thought could be given about its possible use or usage here. |

I'm guessing you're talking about the Miracast functionality in Windows 10. Though this Q&A forum is for SETI@home and not really for general Windows discussions, for which you should really join a computer tech forum, but the "Cast" functionality allows you to cast video from your computer to a device that can receive the video. For example, you can buy a Chromecast or Microsoft Miracast device and plug it into your TV, then you can wirelessly broadcast anything from your computer (local video, YouTube, Netflix, etc.) over to your TV to watch. It's a great technology for cord-cutters that no longer want to pay for television services. |

"A thought here" and perhaps you misunderstood, because I was thinking about Microsoft here, implementing such a feature. First of all, I definitely know that this is not the place at reporting any problems, but rather that a couple of suggestions once were being made, eventually ending up in the correct hands, if not any book. This was what I was thinking here as well, only that there could be times where this little thing could be in my way and next not being used. Case closed, at least for now. |
