So there's AstroPulse work and it's coming through for the GPU but not on the CPU. I paused my other projects but the requests to SETI are only for the nVidia GPU for some reason. I verified that CPU was NOT unchecked on both the project and BAM. I don't see anything else in the log about why it is only requesting GPU work. I do see the client is trying to get CPU work from other projects (although those don't have any at the moment) and it's been keeping my client filled with CPU work anyways.

I'm on 7.8.3. I don't recall if I have gotten any AP work since upgrading the client but on .6.3 I didn't experience this.

Well... of course now that I wrote a bug report it decided to start asking for CPU work while I was writing it...

That was odd... I tried manually updating the project and often it won't take on the initial request but on the auto follow-up projects often will then play nice...

AstroPulse tasks are extremely rare, thus there is no "bug" to report, and nothing that can be done at our end of the supply chain to force any in our direction.
