I believe I have scrambled my cache. Is there anything I can do to fix the problem?

I think I have managed to conflate some stuff so that Boinc/Seti is convinced I have many more task than I now have. At least some of those tasks don't time out until early August. Is there anything else I can do to clear out the "in progress" queue for computer 7327799? Tom A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association). |

I may still have that issue but the question of why no GPU tasks had to do with "stupid operator error", I managed to toggle the NVidia gpu off in Boinc preferences. :( A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association). |

It sounds as if you have a collection of "ghosts" - these are tasks that the servers think they sent but haven't arrived. There are things that can be done, but all carry the risk that you will loose the tasks sitting on your computer so the safest is to let them fade out naturally.
