Unlike myself, who has acknowledged that the USA has committed evil acts.
Please supply the pertaining evidence Clyde as in all these years I must of missed it.

I've only ever seen you defend those atrocities.

I had similar thoughts on reading that. Analysing it further lead to 2 options, 1 sad & the other scary.
Option 1: 13.9%
Option 2: If one of the remaining 86.1% whose mindset is pretty much set by the time they reach 21, with the viewpoint already seen on the board, there is/was little care for fellow countrymen.

The scary part, how many had their lives ruined by wrongful arrest & conviction by that lack of empathy?

I suggest you clean up your own mess at home first, and stop making more, before you tell others not to do the same thing.

Awaiting your criticism of Evil China imprisoning 1 million Muslims in Detention Camps
Awaiting your solution to the issue.
Your inability to provide one is entertaining.

As a reminder. This Topic is about expanding military and Global Economic China.

My name is the OP of the thread, the topic is mine. The hypocrisy and hegemony of US Citizens to China is on topic here as in the reverse.

How many of you here have actually stepped foot in Mainland China?

lots of posturing from the extremes of both sides of the argument, but I don't get the impression any of you have ever actually been there and experienced it.

As with most things in life, the truth is somewhere in the middle.

Under Xi Jinping, Beijing has elevated its missile forces to a point where many rockets in the Chinese arsenal now rival or outperform those of the United States. This dramatic shift could render American carriers – the backbone of U.S. military supremacy – obsolete in a conflict with China.

Strange how those in power fail to learn from history.

Technology always marches on.

Isn't really history, it is vanity -- have my war in this case. Can't imagine what the orange one's vanity has done.

Today is the official 30th anniversary of nothing whatsoever.

Unofficially, we know better.

Just reminds me of Japan and Comfort Women.

The more they try and bury the past the dirtier their faces get.

HONG KONG (AP) — Tens of thousands of protesters marched through Hong Kong on Sunday to voice their opposition to government-sponsored legislation that would allow people to be extradited to mainland China to face charges.

The massive protest took place three days before Hong Kong’s government plans to bring the bill to the full legislature, bypassing the committee process, in a bid to win approval by the end of the month.

Police said 153,000 people left the protest gathering point at Victoria Park, but that number did not account for those who joined the demonstration along the route. The South China Morning Post said some crowd estimates were as high as 500,000.

China's surveillance is on the rise.

Hundreds of millions of cameras monitor Chinese citizens' using facial recognition, body scanning and geo-tracking.

What people say, do and even think is watched - scrutinised and scored.

China's Social Credit system ranks people as good citizens or bad … to be rewarded or punished.

As Big Brother meets Big Data, 101 East investigates how China is implementing the most sophisticated system of social control in history.
