Oh, random chance that fairs me well,
what do you portend for me?
You know I answer to your beck and call.
My light, not so bright as I once recalled
still shines here among you all.

Cold hearted orb that rules the night......................
Removes the colours from our sight.
But we decide which one is right
and which IS an illusion?

Every man has one life.
In return, he must give up his life for another in time.
So that everyone has a chance.
I certainly have had my opportunities.

I have had mine. Soon for the next one to take my place.

Meow.

Dear kittyman,

You have many, many years before someone has to take your place.

Even then, no one can really replace you.

Sincerely, Clyde "Liberal"

I hope your wisdom is true.
Not my plan to take place, not mine to say when I leave.
I am a man of faith, and I place all such things in the hands of the Lord above.
And in doing so, I have such peace that I never knew before.
God bless, Clyde, for both you and I.

Quite well, Byron.
Thank you for asking.
I am almost always lurking in the darkness.....LOL.
I guess I have just not been in a talkative mood for a while.
So nice to have somebody notice that and ask how I am doing.
Kitty purrs to you. Hope you are doing well these days too.

Meow!

I believe the old zen saying involved something about 'improving the silence', and when I can't, I tend not to.

I'm terrible at doing the silence thing.

If only I knew how to uncomplicate the world.

Just popping in to say 'Hi Kitty'.

Good to see you.

Not a good week for the kittyman.
My father passed away on Tuesday at the age of 82.
He had 5 bypass heart surgery some years ago, which afforded him some very good additional years to his life.
I shall miss him very very much. He was a good father to me.
He loved his yard work, and was active at it up until the very end, which came rather quickly.

He was in the Navy Reserve as a young man so he will be interred at a veteran's memorial site down in Texas, where he lived for many years after leaving Wisconsin.
I hope to be able to travel there some day to visit him.

Goodbye, my dear father.
Meowtears.

Mark, You have my condolences on the passing of your father.

I recently lost my father at the young age of 89, just 2 1/2 months shy of his 90th which he was looking forward to celebrating.

Again, I'm so sorry.
