I just upgraded my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10, loaded Boinc back onto it, logged onto my account (tj63), and all my credits (from 1999 onwards without a break) have disappeared. I think I had something like 3 million credits in there... Can anyone help? |

Normally when that happens, you have two accounts, either by using a new email account for this account, or by adding typos to the email address. The email address is the unique identifier, not the account name. It's not checked for validity, so an email address like 1@g.l would already work. But the project didn't delete the credits, they'll still be someplace in the database under the other account. |

Thanks for the help guys. I've found the old email address and managed to log in, so I should have it sorted soon. |
