Hi,

I currently have 5 computers running SETI@Home but, only are showing on the SETI website. Well actually it's two PC's and three Smartphones. It's one of my Smartphones that is the problem and doesn't show. Also when I open Boinc on that Smartphone it only show how many credits it alone has earn't not my actual total. Does anyone have any idea what it going on?

When one of your devices isn't in the list of other devices and it shows up as just on its own, it most probably is just on its own on a different account that you made.
When doing a user search, I find one Duncan Wilson made on the 19th of February 2017, with just one Android device. That means you added this one with another email address or you had typos in the email address.

The email address is the unique identifier here on the project. But it isn't checked for validity, so even one with typos in it can be used, it just won't be added to the account that had the email address spelled correctly.

Accounts cannot be merged, for security reasons.
If you do not want to detach this device and reattach it (losing all work in cache and in progress), you could sign up a team and sing both your accounts to that team. Then everything is still together.

Hi, thanks for that, all sorted now. I had made a slight mistake in typing my email address. You would have thought I would have known it by now wouldn't you? I decided to drop the incorrect account.
