She was nursing! The person with the camera should have fed her. It takes a lot of calories to feed 4-5 babies.

I've had children on my caseload with partial extra ears, extra digits, extra rows of teeth etc. Never seen craniofacial deformities in a kitty though. I would guess most kitties like this with special needs don't survive long or are euthanized.

It's a mink and it's a Mustelidae:)
Quite common in the Nordic countries and Russia.
Then we have also wolverines that is not so nice...
