Between their own editorial bias, and their own marketing departments, they all violate their own code of ethics.
That is a vile slander. They follow their ethics precisely. Oh wait, you are confused about which code of ethics they follow. The code of ethics for every public company is "The fiduciary duty to the shareholder." If there is some other, it only comes after the shareholder's profits are maximized. Now, go call a constitutional convention and change that; make America the world leader in the abolishment of lawyer written ethics.

Some news media organizations are not companies and thus do not have shareholders.

Then they wouldn't be a "public company" would they?
As to not public companies they can do whatever the owner(s) decide. If they aren't owned then whatever the person(s) in control decide. Which does not have to be subscribing to some third party code of ethics.

No argument there, just that the "fiduciary duty" criticism is not generally applicable to all news media organizations, so cannot be the reason for all such organizations to be broken in some way. Some news media organizations are supported by trusts, others are set up as not-for-profit and some are publicly (government) owned.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ...

What has the demise of "The Left" to do with anything anybody other than you posts here?

Bobby Sr. to bobby...

They, on the Non-Leftest Street. Are becoming a laughing stock.

The Anti-Left, in The USA, as been Elected to most State Governorship's and State Legislative's.

In addition to The Anti-Left controlling The House of Representative's, The Senate, The Presidency. And soon, The Supreme Court of The United States.

The Left. To anyone not living in the Fantasy World of the Ideologue. Is, Thank God, sinking faster and faster toward irrelevance.

How typically troll-like, remove the context of a question so that your answer avoids dealing with it in anything like a meaningful way.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ...

Perhaps I, and other Intelligent, Moral and Ethical Posters. Should give bobby a much needed rest. He has earned it!

The day that you actually make an intellectual moral & ethical comment will be the day these boards go quiet...

...we will all have died of shock!

Here we go again.
Fox News Tucker Carlson interviews Katie Hopkins from Daily Mail about her trip to Sweden and what she experienced while she was there.
https://youtu.be/57Zk3TUNRBs
Who did she meet and interviewed?
Katie Hopkins meets with Mattias Karlsson, the group leader in parliament for the far right Swedish Democrats.
Peter Springare, a police officer with 42 years of policing Sweden under his belt, wants politicians to acknowledge there is a problem with immigrant criminals.
Group Commander Fredrik Liljegren, who heads up Kista Fire Station.
Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4276942/Swedish-town-migrants-laugh-laws-despise.html#ixzz4aNKsLpl5
It's not the immigrants that are the problem. It's the criminals that are a big problem.
Most of the immigrant criminals in the suburbs are Swedish citizens that have lived here more than 15 years or more.

Oh. Great job Katie.
She actually was 48 hours in Rinkeby:)

Some people just like to twist the facts Janne to suit their perceived Alternate Reality. ;-)

Cheers.

It's very easy to anyone living in a country to see when news are twisted when foreigner are portraying countries they don't live in.
Just wondering how many countries in Europe but Sweden that get the same weird portraying ...
Still I cannot understand why Sweden is depicted as a country living in fear and that the immigrant problem is a big issue.
It's not.

Come to think about "Alternate Reality" and "Alternativ Reality", expressions that I have heard a lot recentely in the media.
Isn't that two different things?
Alternate Reality: Only one reality that can change somehow.
Alternativ Reality: Several realities to choose from.

Trump lives in an Alternate Reality (well we hope that it's just 1 that he lives in).

The Trump team has many different Alternative Realities.

And Trump supporters add so many more Alternative Realities to that. ;-)

Cheers.

Not really.
It was Political Speech, used initially by The Democrats and News Media to attack their foes.
Unfortunately for them. Their foes used it more effectively.

Of course it was Political Speech.
Do you have heard a politician giving you a straight answer?
But to us regular folks?
I want facts when reading the media.
Many media has also op-ed articles. Fine. But make that clear to the readers!

I doubt they really know what it means. It just sounded, in English, as a legitimate point.

Well Trump surely knows how to make a pitch.
One liners that he for some reason have to repeat in the same speech.
Does he have some speech writers?
My bet is that Steve Bannon has appointed some of them.
Mike Pence first to applaud right behind Trump.

Hopefully this is fake news!
'Fremskrittspartiet' party leader in Norway Siv Jensen thinks that Donald Trump are right about his "statements of Sweden".

"Silly woman"?
No... Dangerous. Perhaps The Future.

Silly political women/men have almost become a norm these days.
Politicians reading/watching news media without checking if there is some fact in the news.

Brave New World, 1984, and Animal Farm.
It will be an 'interesting' future.

Or perhaps Kallocain....
One of its central ideas coincides with contemporary rumors of truth drugs that ensured the subordination of every citizen to the state.
