How then does the International Community stop Putin and future Putin's?
International Community? How about the UN?
Oh. Some nations has the veto power...
China, France, Russia, United Kingdom, and United States...
Will it be better if the EU also has the veto power?
Oops. Sorry UK:)

No, it would take them 5 years to formulate a response that all EU members agree too.

LOL:)
Actually there is a real problem when many nations have to agree on anything.
It only takes 5 nations with a veto power to disagree...
But why some nations have a veto power is beyond me.

btw. In the Security Counsil there are "guest" nations presiding.
Sweden are now sitting next to Russian Federation on their right:)

Putin comments on Russia's attack near Kerch Strait, accuses Poroshenko of "provocation"
Putin claims there was a "border incident, nothing more."
https://www.unian.info/politics/10355952-putin-comments-on-russia-s-attack-near-kerch-strait-accuses-poroshenko-of-provocation.html
Provocation? In order to pass the Kerch strait you have to enter Crimean/Russian temporarily territorial waters.
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-46345317
The Ukrainian boats carried out a planned transfer from the port of Odessa to the port of Mariupol.
Near the Kerch Strait, they were intercepted by four cost guard ships of the Russian Federation, although, according to the Ukrainian Navy, the Russian side was informed about the transfer of the ship group in advance.
The Russian ship "Don" then rammed the Ukrainian tug twice at 7:35 and 7:44, 17 km off coast (within Crimean temporarily territoral water) as a result of which the latter was damaged.

However, the Ukrainian boats decided to continue, since they acted within the framework of international maritime law.
When they approached the strait, Russia announced that it was closed in both directions due to a tanker running aground at the Kerch bridge.
But later it turned out that the movement of the Ukrainian ships was blocked deliberately.
Then the naval group of the Ukrainian Navy moved to the exit from the strait.
Russian ships began pursuing, and then opened fire 23 km off the coast (outside Crimean territoral water) and seized the Ukrainian ships.

В одном из реабилитационных центров Мариуполя сегодня отменили занятия, а воспитанников выгнали копать окопы.
"In one of the rehabilitation centers in Mariupol, classes were canceled today, and the pupils were forced to dig trenches."
On the streets of Mariupol, kids from broken families gather on the street and sniff glue.
There is a big intravenous drug problem, spreading HIV, and girls turn to prostitution to fund their dependence - spreading the infection further.
What kids are they talking about in the programme from 7днів?

Russian media has publish a "confessions" video, where Ukrainian sailors admit - the situation in the Kerch Strait was a deliberate provocation.
LOL:) It's obvious that they read from a transcript.

Opa:)
Crimeans bring money, clothes and food for Ukrainian sailors captured by Russians on Sunday.
This is reported in social networks by Crimean Tatar activists.

Not indifferent residents of the occupied Crimea carry to the building of the “Kiev district court” of Simferopol, where today they will continue to “judge” Ukrainian sailors, money and things of prime necessity in the detention center.

The Kerch incident has really caused a lot of problem to the NATO/EU country leaders.
"What to do?"
Mr Poroshenko told Germany's Bild newspaper: "Germany is one of our closest allies and we hope that states within Nato are now ready to relocate naval ships to the Sea of Azov in order to assist Ukraine and provide security."
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-46381166
German Chancellor Angela Merkel has stressed there is "no military solution", after Ukraine's leader urged Nato to send ships to the Sea of Azov.
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-46386160
Some ideas that are simply crazy.
UK admiral suggests deploying destroyer to Ukraine to confront Russia
Ukrainian Navy Commander and Vice Admiral Ihor Voronchenko says the country will ask for Russian ships to be banned from using the Bosphorus Strait.

btw. The Sea of Azov is very shallow and most navy vessels cannot roam around it freely.
And there are already NATO presence in the Black Sea, even south of the Kerch Strait.

As for now there is no realistic solution to the Ukrainian/Russian problem.
The war between them has now lasted for more than 4 years!
One could imagine that NATO should intervene. After all Ukraine is a partner of NATO.
But being a partner to NATO doesn't mean that Article 5 always apply.
Sweden learned that only a couple of years ago when former US ambassador Mark Brzezinski told our government that.
Sorry Ukraine. You have to do this battle alone:(
Or perhaps NATO will intervene anyway.
Then we will have a BIG problem!

Or perhaps Sweden and Finland doesn't have to be part of this mess:)
And Russia was also a partner to NATO until Putin chosed to part from it some 10 years ago...

If no action is taken that will stop Putin's present aggression. What do we do when, not if, Putin expands his aggression?
To Putin it's the NATO that is the aggressor.
What Putin doesn't understand or deny to accept is that so many of the former buffer states to Russia doesn't wont to belong to Russia. They instead apply for a NATO membership.
Is that called aggressive?
It's not even NATO that impose those countries to join NATO.
They chose it by themself.
And like Sweden and Finland that now perhaps will join NATO because of continuous Russia's threats if we do!

Blin! "Vova" Putin is playing a dangerous game...

Putin's belief that a Country attempting to protect itself from Russian aggression must be cowed into submitting to Russia or suffer invasion.

Dozens repetitions of nonsense don't make nonsense the truth.

Ukraine bans entry to all male Russian nationals aged 16-60
https://www.unian.info/politics/10358424-ukraine-bans-entry-to-all-male-russian-nationals-aged-16-60.html
https://twitter.com/poroshenko/status/1068410067123343360
Russians have of course already reacted to this and wondered why only men.
But apperently Ukriane doesn't want Russians to make "private armies" in the Ukriane
And
The Ukrainian authorities have decided to officially include foreign journalists in a ban on access to Russian-occupied Crimea.

Most interesting thing is what the local people talk about Trump, Poroshenko and Putin, in the last minute of video.

Finland's HBL (Hufvudstadsbladet) has also been to Mariupol that is in a state of war after 4 years.
In central Mariupol you still see houses with the facades full of holes after shells.

https://www.hbl.fi/artikel/hbl-i-ukraina-krigstillstand-i-stalstaden-mariupol/
In the Ukrainian industrial town of Mariupol, the population is divided as regards to the conflict with Russia.
Either do you blame it on Russia or on its own government.
"It was absolutely right to introduce declare martial law. It was Russia that opened fire against us, not the other way around. Now nobody knows what's happening, everything depends on what Putin does. But it's good that we mobilize and prepare for war," says Andrej.
"We have always had Russia as a neighbor. Everyone has relatives there! I do not believe in any war with Russia, it's a country close to us, the Russians are Slavs like us. Those who fight against Russia do so for their own sake. There are many who make money when the war continues," says Aleksandr Galoguza.
"Here's been a state of war for four years now. Roadblocks, soldiers. That they now officially declare martial law do not play such an important role, says Inna , who fled to Mariupol from separatist-controlled Donetsk four years ago. "We thought we could move back after a few months. But that didn't happen", she says.

In his remarks in Buenos Aires, Putin appeared to confirm some of Kiev’s claims, conceding that the Ukrainian and Russian vessels had been in contact with each other before the incident, and that the Ukrainians had refused to use a Russian pilot to help them navigate the narrow strait.
Narrow strait?
Kerch strait is as most about 4.4 km "narrow".
Sometimes the Russian navigators really need some piloting in shallow waters and narrow straits:)

Gåsefjärden is a bay in Karlskrona's eastern archipelago.
The fjords are located east of Sturkö between Senor and Ytterön-Hästholmen in Blekinge.
The night between 27 and 28 October 1981, the Soviet submarine U 137 grounded in the military protection area in the southern inlet of the bay, which has a depth of 8 to 15 meters, the depth of the bay is only 4 to 5 meters.
Blin! The Furusund strait, the fairway to Stockholm, is about 340 meters wide!

Six Ukrainian citizens (who fought in Donbass against rebels) arrested in Georgia (Caucasus).
An investigation has been launched under the article: The Illegal Manufacture, Transportation, Transfer or Sale of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives or Explosive Devices by a Group of Persons.

Tourists or saboteurs? What we know about the Ukrainians detained in Georgia.
https://jam-news.net/tourists-or-saboteurs-what-we-know-about-the-ukrainians-detained-in-georgia/
Most of the detainees are former members of the Donbass Volunteer Battalion who fought in east Ukraine on the side of Kiev.
The Donbass battalion is a volunteer unit created in 2014. It is fighting on the side of the Ukrainian armed forces against the pro-Russian military formations in eastern Ukraine.
The battalion later became part of the National Guard – a military unit with law enforcement functions, which is part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
However, complications arose. At the beginning of 2015, part of the battalion did not show up for training, which resulted in a number of soldiers getting fired from the ranks of the National Guard.
Sounds very much like the Azov Battalion that also became part of the National Guard:(
Yes. Ukraine has some serious problem to tackle.
Using thugs is however not a good way to deal with it!
According to many reports and testimonies the soldiers of the Donbass Battalion took part in crimes and human rights abuses of civil population of Ukraine enjoying general impunity!
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donbas_Battalion#Human_rights_violations
"The Illegal Manufacture, Transportation, Transfer or Sale of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives or Explosive Devices by a Group of Persons" is unfortunate very common in countries in war and even after.
Most of the illegal weapons in Scandinavia comes from the Balkans after the war there in the 90's.

How Russian media twist the Kerch incident to be a provocation of Ukraine.
And that even DPR, Donetsk Peoples Republic, refute some of the Russian claims about shelling on the Donbass frontline after the Kerch incident:)
