It looks a bit like the tool used to repair tires with a plug inserter and scarifier. -Or- perhaps it's a tool for removing potatoes from you car's tailpipe. |

It looks a bit like the tool used to repair tires with a plug inserter and scarifier. No tire repair or plug inserter, wrong end of the car. Potato in the tail pipe? might work okay for that but no cigar. Hint; Other end of the car, I know of them but never had or used one. |
