Nongame and Endangered Wildlife Cash Fund
Nongame wildlife includes 750 species of wildlife that cannot be
hunted, fished for or trapped. Funds go to projects that manage or
recover wildlife such as lynx, river otter, black-footed ferret, green
back cutthroat, and others. The nongame program receives no
state tax dollars and depends on voluntary contributions.

Domestic Abuse Program Fund
Donations to this fund help support critical services provided by
community-based domestic abuse programs across Colorado.
These agencies provide 24-hour crisis line response, emergency
safe shelter, counseling and advocacy services for victims of
domestic violence and their children and information and referrals
for their communities, and community education.

Homeless Preventive Activities Program Fund
Approximately 52,000 people in Colorado are at risk of becoming
homeless this year. Keeping people in their homes saves tax
dollars and is an effective and humane way of helping families
in crisis. Your contribution will be used to support activities and
programs which help prevent people from becoming homeless.

Western Slope Military Veterans Cemetery Fund
Funds assist in the maintenance of the Veterans Memorial
cemetery of Western Colorado. The veterans cemetery is
intended as a dignified final resting place for Colorado’s veterans
and eligible dependents. It is a place of quiet contemplation for
the veterans community. Please help maintain this solemn beauty
for Colorado veterans.

Pet Overpopulation Fund
The Pet Overpopulation Fund provides funding to local animal
care and control organizations and veterinarians for sterilization
surgeries for pets owned by Coloradans in areas of the state with
the greatest need. The Fund also supports efforts to educate the
public about the importance of preventing pet overpopulation.

Military Family Relief Fund
Provides emergency grants for financial hardships to members
of Colorado National Guard or Reservist and their families when
ordered to Active Military duty and to Active Duty Military Personnel
stationed in Colorado and their family members when the Active
Duty military member is deployed to a declared hostile fire zone.

Public Education Fund
This fund supports the Colorado Preschool Program which provides
high-quality preschool for children impacted by factors such as
poverty, homelessness, abuse or neglect. Children are supported by
qualified early childhood professionals in safe and nurturing learning
environments. Children overcome substantial gaps and make
significant gains that persist throughout their schooling.

Roundup River Ranch Fund
Part of Paul Newman’s SeriousFun Children’s Network, Roundup
River Ranch enriches the lives of children with serious illnesses
and their families by offering free, medically-supported camp
programs that provide unforgettable opportunities to discover joy,
friendships, and confidence. Your support ensures the healing
power of camp is always free of charge.

9Health Fair Fund
This fund provides free blood screenings and exams to
thousands of underserved Coloradoans each year. Donations to
this fund help offset lab and supply costs at 140 locations across
the state. 9Health Fair is an independent nonprofit separate
from 9News, our media partner, serving over 75,000 annually.
Improving Colorado’s health since 1979.

American Red Cross Colorado Disaster Response,
Readiness, and Preparedness Fund
The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human
suffering in the face of emergencies. In Colorado, the Red Cross
teaches tens of thousands of people lifesaving skills every year,
provides critical services for members of the military and their
families and responds to, on average, a disaster a day.

Colorado for Healthy Landscapes Fund
The health and beauty of our landscapes defines our lifestyles
as Coloradans. The Healthy Landscapes Initiative promotes
sustainable management and healthy relationships with our
lakes, rivers, peaks and high deserts. Stewardship efforts
support education, wildlife habitats, agricultural diversity,
research and invasive species management. Your contributions
are the seeds for sustainability.

Habitat for Humanity of Colorado Fund
Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity
brings people together to build homes, communities and hope.
Through volunteer labor and donations, Habitat for Humanity
builds and rehabilitates simple, decent homes in partnership
with hardworking low-income individuals and families in 45
Colorado communities.

Special Olympics of Colorado Fund
Special Olympics Colorado provides year-round athletic
competition in 22 sports for over 19,000+ athletes with intellectual
disabilities from 2 to 80+ years old. We create inclusive and
welcoming schools for children with all differences through
unified sports and youth leadership. Programs are free of charge
to athletes and their families.

Colorado Youth Corps Association Fund
This fund helps employ youth, young adults, and military veterans
on critical projects in Colorado such as flood recovery, fire
mitigation and suppression, removing invasive species, and
building trails for hikers, bikers, and equestrian users—all while
earning education scholarships. Please help CYCA change lives
and landscapes for the better!

Colorado Healthy Rivers Fund
This fund protects Colorado’s lands and waterways. The state’s
streams, wetlands, mountains and forests serve many needs
including water supply, agriculture, wildlife and recreation. Your
generous support of this program will fund stream restoration
projects and assist local groups in watershed protection efforts.
Remember, your contribution will make a difference!

Alzheimer’s Association Fund
One in 10 Coloradans over 65 and nearly half over 85 have
Alzheimer’s disease with 70% cared for at home. 100% of your
donation to the Alzheimer’s Association will fund essential
education, training, and counseling services to urban and rural
families. Without support, the emotional burden on caregivers is
tremendous.

Digging up a month-old topic from this thread, I had written about the "far-right" using Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals... due to the News thread on free speech due to the possible unrest in Berkeley because of the planned Ann Coulter visit, while googling for info on what this was about I found this article How Ann Coulter and the Far Right Are Using the Lefty Playbook to Troll Berkeley.

It's worth a read for background on this issue though some may call it a "biased" source...

To clarify my point, it's interesting how the "radical right" and "radical left" end up becoming similar in many ways. This is because it's the "radical" part that ends up defining them. As soon as one is willing to throw away human rights or use violence against persons or their property to accomplish their means, they've lost any moral upper hand they may have had and become mere criminals. (I think that this is also the point that CLYDE has been trying to cryptically make many times, no?)

Regardless of how one feels about John Lennon, he summed it up well... and as of next year, half a century ago!

"You say you want a revolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
You tell me that it's evolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
But when you talk about destruction
Don't you know that you can count me out

Don't you know it's gonna be
All right, all right, all right
You say you got a real solution
Well, you know
We'd all love to see the plan
You ask me for a contribution
Well, you know
We're all doing what we can
But if you want money for people with minds that hate
All I can tell you is brother you have to wait

Don't you know it's gonna be
All right, all right, all right
You say you'll change the constitution
Well, you know
We all want to change your head
You tell me it's the institution
Well, you know
You better free your mind instead
But if you go carrying pictures of chairman Mao
You ain't going to make it with anyone anyhow
"

Even with the "Chairman Mao" reference, timeless wisdom nonetheless.

Clyde how is this post germane to Wiggos statement?

betreger...

#1 - Its CLYDE, not Clyde.

#2 - The foundation of "Socialist" and the other persons on the Extreme Right Wing and Extreme Left Wing. Is a belief in a Superior Class, and Right of the Superior Ones to Rule Us. Which will always, after a period of time, Enslave and Impoverish The People. Excepting the Lying, Deranged, and Enslaving Right/Left Wing Ruling Class Leadership. Who will always be wealthy.

Therefore... All beliefs posted by those who have this belief. Must be understood, and exposed.

Have a great day.

CLYDE

Clyde, your statement makes no sense in the context of Wiggo's post, go back to your bridge and collect your thoughts into a cogent form.

I really don't know why people just won't put 239521 into their ignore list instead of continually replying to the geriatric rantings/ravings of a genuine old loser who thinks that it's fun to bait others, because that's the only reason that he's here for (to bait others and nothing else).

You'll never get anything remotely constructive out of it so why bother taking any notice it? ;-)

Cheers.

I also don't believe it's 100% unless your distorting the numbers by saying that a illegal that works is breaking the law

Well, breaking the law makes one a criminal, correct?

It is against US law for a non-citizen to be in the country without permission, correct?

Therefore, ALL 'undocumented immigrants'/'illegal immigrants'/'illegal aliens'/'whatever you wanna call them', being in the country without permission, ARE breaking the law therefore ARE criminals. ALL of 'em.

If you are not a US Citizen, and you do not have a visa/green-card (documents for LEGAL immigration), if you are in the USA, you are a criminal.

Is this morally or ethically correct? Maybe... Maybe not...

Technically yes but years of bad policy means you have many that have been there for 10 years and are not crimes and even fought in your armed forces that are now facing deportation .

There should be some sort of amnesty anybody in America longer than 5 years and no criminal conviction can stay and reapply to work or live everyone one else out !

I was a story of some guy that went to Iraq and now he's facing deportation .

(myself, I am in favor of both relaxing the quotas on legal immigration so that more can immigrate legally AND instituting a guest worker program so that those that merely want to come here to work for a while then return home can do so)...

I agree with this , most people just want a chance to better there life , it's the Organised crime behind the human trafficeers that get a lot of then killed or into crime
Most will gladly go back home once they have a few bucks in the pocket . A few bucks ern't in America is a kings ransom in some country's .

But, until we can get those changes to the immigration system passed by Congress and signed by the President, we really really do NEED to follow the laws on the books

I think maybe that's a bit to hard maybe give people a chance to appeal if there only crime was working , If they have worked for 2 years and have no other convictions .

you can write to Trump or tweet your objections and help him change his mind you never know :)

You probably have more people over staying than cross the border with Mexico . That's what happens here , Come for a holiday stay for 5 years 4 1/2 years as illegal . Your border or immigration needs more cash to find people and police the border a fence wont stop people

This, from an alleged citizen of a nation that solves it's refugee problem by confining them to a concentration camp on an off shore island........kinda speaks for itself.

We would be called Xenophobic, Racist, etc.
Which we are already labeled............so what's the difference. We are prejudged by the Left World opinion so no matter what we do we're the bad guys. America is an easy target for criticism until crisis strikes and the rest of the world finds they need us.

What will happen if the next time a tin pot dictator decides to conquer the world and the US does the same as the UN(sit on it's overstuffed apathy).

It won't happen due to the moral conscience of mainstream Americans who help everyone with amazing generosity but it's interesting to contemplate.

There not confined they can leave the detention Camp any time they wish . They just can't come here . (witch is a policy I do not agree with)

As you have had to build a wall and need more money for border security we have had to spend up on new Coast Guard ships and form a whole new department to stop people landing here you need to spend more . But you don't have to be nasty and follow a lame duck fascist government like ours is .

Take a hike from Manus Island or Nauru?

To me it's look like camps to hold people in.
That's why it's called Detention Camps.

The problem though is that Clyde tends to label people as extreme radicals when they don't really fit the label. Leaving Clyde the judge, jury, and executioner without discussion on the merits of his claims is antithetical to the purpose of having discussion forums.
