And the file name matches the workunit Have a few copies myself, for interest sake will probably run CPU and baseline Cuda, then if nothing weird forward to Petri for analysis of that app. "Living by the wisdom of computer science doesn't sound so bad after all. Do you have the data file and result file? EDIT: Jason could you generate the fanout link please? This is what I get with md5, generates not valid link. md5 Not valid fanout |

had a quick try, no success yet. Will poke at it a bit more ---> this is Richard's department ;) "Living by the wisdom of computer science doesn't sound so bad after all. And unlike most advice, it's backed up by proofs." -- Algorithms to live by: The computer science of human decisions. |

Do you have the data file and result file? Unfortunately, once the final outcome of a workunit is determined (no further results in progress), the datafile is immediately deleted from the server to save space. I've just checked with an updated version of my tool, which generated the url http://boinc2.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah/download_fanout/1e4/blc5_2bit_guppi_57451_69387_HIP117559_0023.8096.0.18.27.236.vlar - but no data on the other end (404 not found) That's why the thrust of this thread is to capture the data in advance, while the task is still at the inconclusive stage, so that the 'interesting' ones can be shared later. |

had a quick try, no success yet. Will poke at it a bit more ---> this is Richard's department ;) Or alternatively the Beta site, where completed work is kept for longer. |

had a quick try, no success yet. Will poke at it a bit more ---> this is Richard's department ;) Gotcha, yeah figured it was deleted already after noticing the valid Cuda and Intel GPU. Don't know enough about the other apps/systems to comment further on that one. "Living by the wisdom of computer science doesn't sound so bad after all. Workunit 2239861665 Looking at the information which is available, this is an example of a class of WU which I've already drawn to Raistmer's attention - I call them "late onset overflows", tasks which run for a significant length of time before reaching the 30 signal limit. Perhaps the most interesting thing about this WU is that SoG r3430 validated, but SoG r3500 was invalid (*). I'll look through the signal summaries later when my eyes have woken up, and report them in Raistmer's sticky support thread, unless anyone feels like beating me to it. * but it was an ATi running r3430, NV running r3500 - maybe a more significant difference. Still worth a look. |

Could you link me the updated one please? I am using the one located on Lunatics. Lunatics download area updated - same filename, should work as before on all filenames. Sorry about that - I updated it to handle the format of guppi filenames used during Beta testing, but they changed it again when guppi went live on the main project. |

I think after my cache runs out, I'll start manually processing the data(inconclusives) and posting them on my google drive for analysis |

I have another inconclusive, stock CPU vs stock CPU. That Linux host has a pretty high invalid count (for whatever reasons) [Edit:] So does the Windows host :D (that's yours, not sure why) "Living by the wisdom of computer science doesn't sound so bad after all. I didn't check host validity, so some might be known bad hosts, that produce these invalids EDIT: Here is a spreadsheet on invalids and datafile locations if applicable Spreadsheet |

I didn't check host validity, so some might be known bad hosts, that produce these invalids That's fine. With so many new apps in circulation, a lot of the reasons aren't known. More inconclusives whether they are GBT or Arecibo blc5_2bit_guppi_57451_69044_HIP117559_OFF_0022.7520.416.18.27.221.vlar Datafile 29au10ab.13767.17658.13.40.192 Datafile |
