Apparently the automatic docking system failed, and the Russian Commander had to manually dock the craft to the ISS.

The EVA was interrupted by NASA after the space suit of companion Kopra developed a water leak, less then that which almost drowned ESA astronaut Luca Parmitano in 2013.
