I have set this feature to only run work units between the hours of 19:00 and 12:00, but it is still running all the time. What gives? I even tried setting this on all of the boinc projects and then completely updating the boinc client.

There are/were lots of problems with the suspend type settings especially if any venue preferences were defined. This should be fixed in the 4.5x client when it is released.

Make sure when you enter the time it is in 2400 hours time. It works for me
