The Creation by Haydn at La Scala in Milano, but at 20.30 CEST I shall switch to Locarno, Switzerland, where they will perform the Requiem by Giuseppe Verdi.

Joan Baez on my new tape reader. It is included in a radio with a vinyl player and a CD reader. The radio is FM but also Digital Audio Broadcast. I don't know where it was made but I suspect it was China, like most electronic gadgets today.

Sinfonia incompiuta by Schubert on my new disc player. But many vinyl discs have problems in starting, maybe I have played them too many times with a damaged tip.

Vivaldi, Le quattro stagioni, from Lugano LAC on Italian Swiss TV. The sound is not what I was used to hear, probably they are using antique instruments as many orchestras do today when playing antique music.

"Appalachian spring" by Aaron Copland played by the BBC Symphony Orchestra, via Italian Radio 3 in FM. I have a new radio with also a Digital Broadcast capability, but it is not much used, I get only commercials.

Beethoven Sonata Op 111 played by an Ukrainian young player whose name I could not catch on the Radio3 RAI FM emission. The Sonata has only two movements contrarily to the norm, and the reason is explained by a character in Thomas Mann's "Doktor Faustus", doktor Adrian Leverkun.

Samson and Dalilah by Camille Saint Sans on Italian Swiss TV channel 2 . My Linux box cannot hear the audio, for no apparent reason, and I must use my Windows 10 PC, updated daily by Microsoft. All my BOINC projects work on it, both with Virtual Box 5.2.22 and a GTX 1060 board.

Presently listening to the great http://librairc.net/chat/audioplayer.html #pop #music channel LibraIRC#Radio (intermittent DJing and various but knowledgeable and interactive DJs) after a few hrs of #techno on Hirschmilch Electronic Radio https://www.internet-radio.com/station/hirschmilchelectronicaac/ (the latter seems to improve the data crunching but you'd be right to question the causality lol)
