Potato salad

What type of potato salad? I like a mustardy version with red skin potatoes.

With egg here. Though I have no idea what type of potatoes are used at Stater Bros Market.

The deviled egg potato salad. I don't have a number #1 favorite drink.

I don't know much about the various types of potato salad. I know my mom
made some that was delicious, although back then I didn't like the crunchy
things she put in, like celery. Mom's PS was probably the deviled
egg type.

Years ago I found a recipe for some potato salad made with ranch dressing,
sour cream, and red potatoes, plus some things I can't remember. It was
some of the best potato salad I've ever tasted, and I didn't mind the
crunchy things (onions, iirc).

I'm not a cocktail person, but there are some cocktails that are more
popular in the summer. I suppose the non-alcoholic drink I mentioned
could be turned into a cocktail, maybe with some vodka.

Outside barbecue is also a tasty summer thing. Beef, chicken, pork,
ribs, steaks, even burgers and hot dogs. Put some barbecue sauce on
it and I'm in!

Two days ago we had BBQ Beef Sausages, two days before that
we BBQed two rib steaks, and today we did up two big thick
pork chops. I cut up and season enough potato and mixed veg'
in thick aluminum foil for the both of us. Much better than
having to cook in the house. We can only hope that beef prices
go down far enough that we can properly feed our BBQed beef
habit this summer!

Moo cow is not cheap. And neither is moo juice (milk). Follow closely by the other white meat (pig).

barbecue sauce

As long as it's not sweet, I like it ok.

Same with cole slaw - I prefer a tangy slaw.

Boil some potatoes, peel them and cut them. Then cut some onions and fry them in olive oil. Download the potato pieces and mash them until they soften. This is called "patate in tecia" in my hometown, Trieste.

Yummie.
If you want it as a main dish you could add some bacon and hives.

What are your favorite seasonings?

General all purpose black pepper is my go-to spice. I like garlic, but I'm not a fanatic about it, and rarely use it. I use dill a lot in things from mashed potatoes to green beans. I also like paprika.
