Not naturally. Here in the states we "think" that cheddar should be orange (just like we think that butter should be very yellow), so manufacturers color these dairy products with annatto.

We used to think that pistachios should be bright red. I am happy to see that fad has gone out of style here and that natural pistachios are all you see in the grocery store these days.

Sitting here looking at a lump of REAL cheddar, from the village of Cheddar. It certainly is NOT orange, unlike the highly coloured material that is sold as Cheddar in much of the USA. The core is an off-white, darkening slightly to the outside. And the flavour while strong has some creaminess, and a slight nutty hint in the after-taste. This lump will not last very long.....

A firm, cow's milk cheese that ranges in flavor from mild to sharp and in color from a natural white to pumpkin orange. Orange cheddars are colored with annatto, a natural dye.

Pistachios.

The shell of the pistachio is naturally a beige color, but it is sometimes dyed red or green in commercial pistachios. I just ordered walnuts, pecans, and Brazil nuts, all in their shells, and wanted to get cashews in the shell, too, but you can't. Cashews are weird nuts that have a toxic coating and need special handling, so you can only buy them already unshelled.
