Speaking of muffins, there's been some sort of weird shortage on sourdough English muffins in the grocery store. I haven't been able to find any in days, and I even asked the bread man, and he acted like they'd been discontinued.  The mind is a weird and mysterious place

So much for McDonald's "all day breakfast": I tried to order two sausage biscuits at 6 pm, and was told they could only do muffins. Huh? So "all day breakfast" of what we choose to serve, not of what you actually want. I guess it meets the general definition. ~Sue~  |

My guess. A steak fried with some onions and bell pepper with egg yolk on the top. And guacamole besides. This breakfast is a must if you are working as a lumberjack in the winter:) |

It looks like the insides of a couple of steak burritos, topped with cheese, guacamole on the side, minus the two tortillas that would normally wrap-up the insides.

Best guess is shredded beef with chopped peppers and spices. Melted cheddar cheese on top. Served with a side of guacamole. Needs other stuff like fajita sized tortillas and salsa.
