I think I get it now. Still fishing. Yo Yo Hand Reel Yes we have a winner! Most mariners call them Cuban rigs. It's pretty much the only fishing rig I use on sailboats. Rods then to get tangled in the rigging. And it does work. Here's one I brought in with a Cuban rig. |

I see no wires attached to it so electricity is not the source of the heat, I think the candles are the heat source. |

I think I do see two wires. They seem to come from between the heat sinks. Thermoelectric fan? |
