Henceforth I will be discussing my television and my plans to repair it in my new thread entitled "My Samsung UN55D6050TF 55" TV thread". In this thread I will welcome discussion of television repairs and other issues that come up with electronics. It is a thread for people, like me, who like to take apart machines and repair them.

Back!

Setizens will already know that one of the three
invading forces that beset Europe was the Vikings.
The second force of note was represented by way
of the Arab armies that were first stopped by the
generalship of Charles Martel at The Battle of Tours
in 732. It will be the third group that gives us the
clue to the date we need.

Would that be the date for the invasion of Genghis Khan(the Mongols) or by Atilla the hun?

It could be, and kudos to you for
even knowing about the these people,
but we are in fact aiming toward some
later arrivals.

Genghis was definitely later than 732, much later. I'll have to do some more research, I doubt it was 'Alexander the Great' of course, that was way earlier.

Right again Vic, but I was going to use the
next few days to sort of 'build anticipation'.
I had planed to slowly revile more pointed facts
intended to gently lead my followers toward the
only logical answer to what the winning number
could possibly be. Bit suffice to say it was not
good old Genghis.

edit:
Genghis, we used to call him Burps, he liked to drink
horse milk beer, man could he burp.

I did some more research, but I came up largely empty. So I'll just play along for the moment.

Yes, 99 north to 88, over the ridge to 395.
Hope to be on the road by noon Thursday.
Return same path Sunday morning.

Maybe we could work out something at the Denny's on your way back.

After midnight win.
All the extra sleep today has me a little off cycle.
Maybe a cold shower, followed by ice cream......
