In a word Carlos, no. Some think it is true, and are paranoid to think that way, but I don't and that is all I will say. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

An interesting and genuinely disturbing map, Carlos. In 2013 I would believe it to be quite plausible and I fear minimal change if that question were asked today. Given recent cyber attacks back and forth, I would expect the flag of China to be draped over the USA in 2015, instead of the flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran. And given the current situation in Greece, I would expect to temporarily see a German flag over that country right now, instead of the stars and stripes... at least until the current economic crises there is sporting a new band-aid. I would expect to see lots of Russian flags popping up now in former Soviet states. I fear for the survival of our species. Peace on earth. |

I live in fear that I'll wake up and find that the Irish have attacked us in the night. |

What it won't be under the Flag of MARS? ;) Red = Mars as it now. Green = Mars as it is Greening up. Blue = Mars being like Earth. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

I live in fear that I'll wake up and With all the Irish and Scots whose descendants live in the Maritime Provinces, I suspect it is well past the point of worry - unless you are Quebequois (sp?) Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

They did it. Ever heard of synthetic saffire watch crystals used on better quality wrist watches. |

I think you are slightly out of date there my friend. A gold pocket watch, (that I traded a large pink Tourmaline crystal for), of mine that I had serviced last year was determined to have a couple of small rubies in it to keep time. Unfortunately, the watch isn't 100% accurate. It seems to run about 5 min. fast. (It was serviced for its main spring; which broke. $250.00) TL TimeLord04 Have TARDIS, will travel... Come along K-9! I think you are slightly out of date there my friend. My 2012 model Rolex Milgaus is a modern mechanical watch with 31 jewels but the safire chrystal I was refering to is the scratch resistant glass on the watch face although technically it is not glass it is artificial saffire. if you find a Rolex with quarts movement send it to me immmediately. There are hundreds of modern mechanical watches currently being manufactured, mostly swiss luxury brands and plenty of Japanese ones as well.I have 3. I also have a Tissot mechanical movement chronograph divers watch that has jewels (not sure how many) but they are rubies which can bee seen through the saffire crystal case back window. The front glass is also saffire crystal. It is a Seastar automatic model waterproof to 30 Bar or 1000 feet. edit- 15 jewels it was written on the rotor but so small I couldnt see it without a magnifing glass and torch. |
