Greetings, one of my GPU's AMD Radeon R9 200 Series ( Tahiti core ( power color brand )) does not seem to be processing any workunits for any project. Is this particular unit currently supported? Three other AMD/ATI GPU's are processing work units normally..

As long as it supports OpenCL, has the proper driver loaded, and BOINC is not installed as a service, it can be used.

And yes, the R9 200 series supports OpenCL, and therefore is automatically supported by any project that supports OpenCL applications.

However, in dual GPU configurations, BOINC must be told to use both GPUs. Otherwise by default it only uses the first GPU reported by the system.

There was no work-unit from Astropulses in the past few months.
I read that they are returning soon....

BTW, I am also a Radeon user: R9 285!

AMD GPUs can crunch more than AstroPulse. If he hasn't received MultiBeam either, then the OP should still check their installation and driver.

BOINC detects GPUs:
http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/show_host_detail.php?hostid=7423200

He had some GPU tasks done in the past days:
http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/results.php?hostid=7423200&offset=0&show_names=0&state=2&appid=

He uses AMD-APP 1445.5
http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/result.php?resultid=4038226041
... which corresponds to Catalyst 14.4
http://www.hal6000.com/seti/boinc_ati_gpu_cheat_sheet.htm

He also appear to have too small a WU cache Settings (< 1 day)
Or he let BOINC run tasks only a small fraction of time (e.g. "compute only when idle" but he shutdown/sleep computer soon after not in use)

He have many "Not started by deadline - canceled"
http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/results.php?hostid=7423200&offset=0&show_names=0&state=6&appid=
http://boinc.thesonntags.com/collatz/results.php?hostid=154004
(on other projects his computers are 'Hidden')

Since difference between 'Sent' and 'Time reported or deadline' is only a few minutes I may guess he had/have some network/Internet troubles.
