Why the apparent silence from the EU and Western European Countries? Yes. But only by being members in the EU. The EU has no military strategy. And Sweden and Finland are not even members of NATO. But if we do join NATO, Russia has sent us messages like "We have nukes". And because of the “radically changed environment.†we are now most likely going back to the old conscript system. My "grandchildren" will like that:) |

It is a distraction for the peoples of Russia, he doesn't want to tell them that Russia has no money left. One more groundless statement. |

It is a distraction for the peoples of Russia, he doesn't want to tell them that Russia has no money left. So what has improved since World Economic Forum in Davos - Jan 2016. The simple answer. Nothing. |

You are sounding more and more like 1939: Past Poland = Present Ukraine. Absolutely not. An impressions for this analogy can be result of information noise in western media, but it not reflect the real situation. Time will tell. |

ÐдмираÌл флоÌта СовеÌÑ‚Ñкого СоюÌза КузнецоÌв "Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union Kuznetsov" was built in Ukraine:) They produce a lot of coals. Especially in the Donbass region. She was built by the Black Sea Shipyard, the sole manufacturer of Soviet aircraft carriers, in Mykolaiv within the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic. The initial name of the ship was Riga; she was launched as Leonid Brezhnev, embarked on sea trials as Tbilisi, and finally named Fleet Admiral of the Soviet Union N.G. Kuznetsov.[6] Why did Russia wanted to call her Riga, the capital of Latvia? |

About time Russia. Hopefully nothing goes wrong... Workers are about to complete the handling infrastructure for partly damaged spent nuclear fuel at Russia’s Andreeva Bay. http://thebarentsobserver.com/en/ecology/2016/10/arctics-most-dangerous-cold-war-legacy-soon-be-removed About 22,000 spent nuclear fuel elements from operation of Soviet’s fleet of submarines are stored in three dilapidated concrete tanks a few hundred metres from shore on Russia’s Barents Sea coast. That is equal to around 100 reactor cores. The storage site is in Andreeva Bay, located in the Litsa fjord some 55 kilometres from the border to Norway. The three storage tanks with spent nuclear fuel equivalent to some 100 submarine reactors. |

Sorry... I would say sorry America. Much of the prosperity in America depends on stability in Europe. Why do you think America joined forces in both WW1 and WW2? |

If Putin is smarter than Hitler... A thinking that the Putin have aggression plans against Poland, Baltic Lilliputs, etc, it's the silly and wrong stereotypes in many western brains. |

Sounds like a severe case of Russophobia:) Both Russia and Brazil are members of BRICS. Russia attacking Brazil would be like shooting yourself in the foot. |

If Putin is smarter than Hitler... Well. History tend to repeat itself... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_wars_between_Russia_and_Sweden https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A0%D1%83%D1%81%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%BE-%D1%88%D0%B2%D0%B5%D0%B4%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%B5_%D0%B2%D0%BE%D0%B9%D0%BD%D1%8B A reminder. Both Finland and Estonia have been part of Sweden. And Karelia, Ingermanland and Latvia as well.
