How to stop Daesh. Instead of using so called "surgical weapons" used by western and russian coalitions. Bomb the Daesh areas with pigs blood and send in dogs. Serve only black pudding in public places like aeroplanes and trains. More surveilliance from the police using dogs. If that doesn't help use this. http://www.snopes.com/rumors/pershing.asp |

Interesting comment: - "But the Middle East isn't going away. In many ways its problems are on the move. And it is going to dominate US foreign policy during the early years of Mr Obama's successor - and probably beyond." Two & a Half front war |

At least 34 killed in Ankara blast. http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/Default.aspx?pageID=238&nID=96403&NewsCatID=509 Dissuasion from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sweden. In view of the security situation until further notice the Ministry of Foreign Affairs dissuade all travel to Turkey areas near Syria, up to a distance of 10 kilometers from the Syrian border and the city of Diyarbakir. Furthermore, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises against non-essential travel to other parts of the provinces of Hatay, Gaziantep, Kilis, Mardin, Sanliurfa, Sirnak and Siirt in the neighborhood against Syria and other parts of Diyarbakir. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also advises against non-essential travel to the provinces of Tunceli, Bingol, Igdir, Agri in eastern Turkey and Hakkari on the Iraqi border. http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/curfews-declared-in-two-southeastern-turkish-towns-before-large-operations--.aspx?pageID=238&nID=96363&NewsCatID=341 |

At least 34 killed in Ankara blast. The blast was in the capital, Ankara, which is nowhere near the Syrian/Iraqi border. Why restrict travel to those regions? Why doesn't the Sweden Ministry of Foreign Affairs just tell its citizens to leave Turkey now, instead of travel restrictions to outlying areas? Those restrictions will have the effect of concentrating their citizens in the Capital, Ankara, which per the news reports is where the credible threat *IS* at this time. |

At least 34 killed in Ankara blast. I don't know if the Ankara incident are directly linked to whats happens near the border to Syria and Irak. Authorities suggest that the Kurdish PKK is behind the bomb attack. Turkey has become a dangerous place. And an Ankara court has decided to shut access to social media, including Facebook and Twitter in Turkey, after the terror attack in the Turkish capital on March 13, killing at least 34 people. The Gölbaşı Penal Court of Peace justified the decision saying that people were sharing photos related to the attack, which also wounded at least 125. In the South East there is ongoing fighting between Turkish security forces and the kurdish PKK. Turks call it a "cleaning operation" and now have a curfew in the towns near Syria and Irak. For a really good insight to the problems of the Middle East, read Brigitte Gabriel's book "Because they hate". A very interesting book. |

if you want to post/link to an insightful passage, I'll read that. & you're not capable of doing that? Instead of rubbishing others views, why not post yours? Or is that because you have none? |

One of his accomplices was the Algerian national Mohamed Belkaid who was shot dead in Tuesday's raid. Belkaid immigrated to Sweden September 11, 2010. Already less than a year before he married a 16 year older Swedish woman. Until 2012, he was registered as "Mohammed Ayadi" in Sweden. I just don't have the time to wade through divisively politicised religious texts, mon. Sorry. From the above quote, I take it that you did not read that book, so your comment is not valid. Not difficult finding anti-islamic material all over main stream media these days, brother. That may be true, but why is that you think? Let's take a look at just one reason shall we? Islamic honour. Shooting a woman in the back of the head because she rejected him. What a brave wonderful honourable man he is. Don't you think it would be much more honourable if Islam stopped treating women like chattels - Now that would go mainstream & surprise all, much more than showing the world that it's a POS. |

I just don't have the time to wade through divisively politicised religious texts, mon. Sorry. To put it more succinctly, it appears she hates as much as some of them hate. I have heard some much better commentaries speaking out against Islamic extremism than hers. You might be surprised where these commentaries are coming from. Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |

Side stepped that nicely sis. So no view on so called called honour killings? Where's the honour in killing a defenceless woman & all because she said NO! |

We already had this discussion elsewhere, brother. We all need to throw away/disregard every religious text and passage that promotes the subjugation of our sisters imo. There aint any that are truly "dormant". Wouldn't leave much would it. Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |

Not good enough! Mainstream Islam & it's extremists all have one thing in common... They don't like hearing one word NO Change that mindset 1st & then you may see changes for the better. |
