What is Turkey's game? Not 'their' best interest, they are looking out for Erdogan's best interest. And his best interest is to put the Kurds up as bigger enemies of Turkey than IS, so when the government formation fails, new elections will go in Erdogan's favor. He hopes to once again gain an absolute majority in parliament so he can pass his constitutional reforms that would turn Turkey into a presidential system and essentially grant him total control over the Turkish government. This isn't about IS, or the Kurds, this is just an ordinary attempt of grabbing absolute power. |

Russia recognizes for the first time that the country has military on the ground in the war in Syria. Maria Zacharova, a spokesman for Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, admits Wednesday that Russian military experts are helping al-Assad's regime in connection with deliveries of Russian weapons to Syria, according to Reuters. The recognition comes after several weeks of rumors and speculation about Russian military personnel in the war-torn country. https://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=sv&ie=UTF8&prev=_t&rurl=translate.google.se&sl=sv&tl=en&u=http://www.dn.se/nyheter/varlden/ryska-marktrupper-uppges-strida-i-syrien/&usg=ALkJrhgatXzPV0wPiULyIJ6SHliW3xzR7Q Russian 'selfie soldiers' are posting photos from war-torn Syria http://mashable.com/2015/09/08/russian-selfie-soldiers-in-syria/?utm_cid=mash-com-Tw-main-link#7NMhzLA9x5kE |

Turkey's Demirtas warns leaders heading towards civil war. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-34195807 ÖZZ NÛJEN. Turkey's current regime wants civil war. Most Turks and Kurds want peace but the AKP, Erdoğan and his fascist MHP does not want a peaceful solution to the Kurdish question ... This is terrible and the world must act against this oppression by both Kurds and Turks. Now is carried out attacks on innocent Kurds by both the fascists supported by the Turkish police and also the massive military operation in the Kurdish area. The Kurdish city Cizîr is embraced by Turkish troops since 7 days. Curfew ... Starvation prevails ... In addition to bomb and destroy houses and prevent ambulances arrive so do they also like this against the Kurdish population https://instagram.com/p/7cvFy0L8QJ/ One should also see it happening now in Turkey in light of the war in Syria. It is no longer really a Syrian war, but rather a regional, of which Turkey is involved in most. In many ways it is also a European and a Swedish war. Those who have succeeded best in the fight against IS is the Kurds in the PKK - which YPG, HPG and PJAK are included. Henri Barkley, former Turkey expert at the US State Department has said that: "The US has been YPG's Air Force and YPG has become America's ground force in Syria." Now Turkey is stepping up its attacks against the PKK that strengthened IS. While the US bombing IS, fights Turkey instead the only ones who are actually doing something to the IS. https://translate.google.se/translate?sl=sv&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=sv&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.svd.se%2Fannu-ett-turkiskt-inbordeskrig&edit-text= With now over two million Syrian refugees in Turkey and many of them are Kurds ... |

Putin has said that Russia, while not involved with the combatant troops in Syria, but is prepared to do so at short notice. - To say that we are ready today, it is too early as yet. But we are already helping Syria in a serious way with equipment, training and weapons, said Putin as recently as a week ago. Some Western commentators speculate that Moscow now consciously cut down the war in Ukraine - where the violence has abated lately - in order to escalate the war in Syria. And on social media in Russia circulated a fictional dialogue between a Russian mother and her son summoned: "Be careful down there in Donetsk, my son! - But, Mom, I'm already in Damascus! " |

Just “four or five†U.S.-trained anti-ISIS fighters are combatting the so-called Islamic State, a top American military official told Congress on Wednesday, despite a program that cost as much as $500 million. It is a staggeringly low number for a project in which the Obama administration had initially planned to train 5,400 fighters a year. http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/09/16/obama-s-general-just-set-his-isis-war-plan-on-fire.html?via=desktop&source=twitter |

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad says in an interview with Russian Sputnik. We will continue the dialogue. But some practical results are impossible, until the bloodshed continues. We can agree on political and economic issues, science, health care. But we can not implement our common decisions until terrorism in Syria are defeated. We must fight not only the IS, but also terrorism as a whole. There are a lot of terrorist organizations, which IS and Al-Nusra Front is the most dangerous and classified as terrorists by the United Nations Security Council. Seems like Bashar al-Assad and Vova Putin thinks that the West are responsible to everything bad in the world!!! Biji Kurdistan. |

Terrorist sect of the Islamic State (IS) is in retreat in Iraq. It maintains one of Iraq's most powerful politicians, Salim al-Jabouri, who is currently on a visit to Sweden. Al-Jabouri is the Speaker of the Iraqi parliament and participated on Thursday in a seminar on the future of Iraq arranged by the Folke Bernadotte Academy, an agency under the Foreign Ministry working globally with peacekeeping and conflict prevention. - IS is weaker now in areas where they once dominated, as in the western Anbar province. Islamic State abuses against the Iraqi population has increased the level of cooperation between ethnic and religious groups to fight them. In addition, the Iraqi armed forces are better equipped and trained to meet the threat of IS, says President to DN. Al-Jabouri do not specify how long it will take to defeat the IS, but says that "it may go faster" if the US-led alliance steps up its air attacks on terrorist positions. https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=sv&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=sv&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dn.se%2Fnyheter%2Fvarlden%2Fen-tidsfraga-innan-is-kan-besegras%2F&edit-text= |

And now Russia... The Federation Council today unanimously agreed to fight against the extremist jihadist group Islamic State, IS. - This only applies to an operation by the Russian Air Force. As our president said, ground operations of our army are excluded. The only military goal of the operation is to give the Syrian government forces air support in the fight against the Islamic state, says Sergei Ivanov, chief of staff in the Kremlin, reports the news agencies Interfax and TT. According to Ivanov came the request after Syrian President Bashar al-Assad asked Russia for military help. http://www.latimes.com/world/europe/la-fg-kremlin-oks-troops-20150930-story.html |

That was quick. Russia appears to have carried out its first air strikes in Syria against opponents of President Bashar al-Assad, US officials say. Was this planned before the UN meeting? Of course! As a result of the air raids in the Homs province, 27 people, including six children, were killed, the Russia’s RBC news agency reported, citing the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights https://youtu.be/oqJPVlDdLek |

Russia are not allied with the west like the Churchill/Stalin Alliance. And Putin doesn't want peace. Russia's leader would like to play the hero against terrorism for now. But Putin's motives are primarily domestic. More than 2,000 Russian Islamists are said to be among the IS soldiers and Putin most likely want to deal with that abroad. I also believe that Putin are trying Russia's military capacity and showing muscles to us in the west. And Russia, supposedly targeting ISIS, launches first strikes in Syria near Homs, but ISIS isn’t in Homs. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/10/01/world/europe/russia-airstrikes-syria.html?hp&action=click&pgtype=Homepage&module=first-column-region®ion=top-news&WT.nav=top-news&_r=1 I don't trust Vova Putin for one minute. |
