Kaviar. Hmm very expensive use Kalix löjrom instead. Crayfish cheap and yummie. Guinea fowl and why not quail eggs. Moles surpris (blue mussels) very cheap but take a long time to prepare. Fil Good with Alcohol:) Arla: "There is no alcohol in Filmjölk, however, there may be some in kefir, since kefir contains a yeast bacteria that gives the special kefir taste. But the content is very low. Should we get the alcohol level in the blood, like a can of light beer gives, you have to drink seven liters of kefir. " Wikipedia: "Non-alcoholic beverages thus contains mostly traces of alcohol which may seem strange, but other foods that we do not normally associate with alcohol containing the same concentration of alcohol, such as Filmjölk." Filmjölk (also known as Fil, pronounced "Feel") is a Nordic dairy product made from soured milk. It is similar to yogurt, but is produced using different bacteria and cultured at a lower temperature than yogurt, which gives it a different taste and texture. It is the modern version of the traditional product surmjölk. Filmjölk is a mesophilic fermented milk product that is made by fermenting cow's milk with a variety of bacteria from the species Lactococcus lactis and Leuconostoc mesenteroides. The bacteria metabolize lactose, the sugar naturally found in milk, into lactic acid which means people who are lactose intolerant can tolerate it better than other dairy products. The acid gives filmjölk a sour taste and causes proteins in the milk, mainly casein, to coagulate, thus thickening the final product. The bacteria also produce a limited amount of diacetyl, which gives filmjölk its characteristic taste. Filmjölk is similar to cultured buttermilk, kefir, or yogurt in consistency, but has a different taste and texture. Its taste is mild and slightly acidic. In Sweden, it is normally sold in 1-liter packages with live bacteria. It has a shelf-life of around 10–14 days at refrigeration temperature. |

Mahi Mahi is TUNA, Mahi Mahi is mexican tuna. both are good from the pacific ocean.. No Tuna and Mahi mahi are Perciformes, means "perch-like". They belong to the class of ray-finned fish, and comprise over 10,000 species found in almost all aquatic ecosystems. Mahi mahi is called Goldmackerel "Guldmakrill" here. The dorade known internationally for mahi-mahi, after the fish's name in Hawaiian, to avoid name confusion with the mammal dolphin (the terms "dolphin-fish" or "dolphin" are common in English). The name comes from its gold-colored body with well-nigh luminous blue-green dots |

Please:) You make me hungry again... Lobster and crayfish are a bit the same. Albert Engström's now classic slogan from 1922, when a referendum on a total prohibition was imminent, the most impactful Swedish political slogans of all time. "Crayfish require these drinks." "You have to forgo crayfish if you not are voting NO the 27 August 1922." |
